She has just turned 52 years old, and she can boast of a perfect figure of a young girl. Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez spoke about what helps her to keep her youthful figure.
First of all, J. Lo sticks to her workouts at the gym wherever she goes. Jennifer Lopez shared a post on social media in which she wrote that “H2O (water) is a must to keep a good figure.” She drinks at least seven glasses of water a day. In the same post about the need for water, Jennifer Lopez revealed that coffee is also part of her morning diet. “So you know exactly how I get THAT glow,” the singer wrote.
The Good Housekeeping portal reported that Lopez follows an ultra-pure diet, avoiding processed and refined foods. Her typical meals are lean proteins – such as egg whites for breakfast, lean cuts of poultry, fish, including the usual portion of salmon. “And a handful of nuts every day for healthy fats,” her trainer and nutritionist Dodd Romero told GH. He said she puts plenty of green vegetables like broccoli, spinach and kale on her plate, but avoids veggies with higher sugar content, such as corn and carrots.
Celebrity’s diet also includes carbs, she loves pasta, and her diet “does include healthy starches such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa and oatmeal,” Romero clarified.
